1. Classification of raw materials and producing areas

To barley, corn, rye, wheat and other grains fermentation distillation, must be aged in oak barrels, divided into four major factions:

Scotch whisky: peat smoke, sea breeze, single malt, blended whisky (Johnnie Walker, Macallan);

American bourbon whiskey: corn accounts for more than 51% of the raw materials, caramel, vanilla sweet sense outstanding (Jack Daniel, Jin Bin);

Irish Whiskey: no peat, soft and smooth;

Japanese Whisky: A blend of Scottish craftsmanship, delicate and elegant, with a soft fruity aroma.

2. Flavor and drinking

Cereal sweet, barrel caramel, smoked, dried fruit multi-level aroma;

Drinking method: pure drink, add water, add ice, mix whiskey sour, hi bar, classical cocktail.
